Not related to your issue in any way, but I'd personally suggest moving your spawning of the suspect etc. into OnCalloutAccepted, rather than OnCalloutDisplayed. Since that's when they are actually attending the call. 😄

Don't turn off your antivirus, but make an exception to the GTAV folder instead. 🙂 If that doesn't work, can you confirm you haven't moved, renamed or have a backup directory?

This is a diagnostic step, temporarily disabling all your .asi scripts.
