The solution is fix what is wrong with your mods folder. Which is why you were crashing in the first place.

Looks like you have ENB installed. This affects how RAGE hooks with GTAV, so please launch RAGE only when you have entered GTAV story mode.

That's a plugin, not a mod. When we are talking about your mods folder, we are not talking about plugins. Code Red Callouts is also old & outdated. You shouldn't use it. Let's take one step at a time. What are you having issues with now?

Well that's another issue. Could you provide more detail? What have you tried installating...where...etc.

This means the issue resides in your mods folder. I'd confirm you have a custom gameconfig, heap & packfile adjuster installed, and if so you have most likely made an error. Initially, you should try reverting your recent changes. However, if this still doesn't fix the issue, you'll need to make a new mods folder.
