is not finding a weapon on someone even if they have it in their hand also related to that? i was called for a person with a gun call..they put their hands up but weapon was still there...i frisk them..and it says they don't have anything..and the guy just walks away with gun lol

Yeah same type of question as person above. I get called to vehicle accident..what am I suppose to do? calling ambulance never seems to work. I can call the tow truck but people need to be out of their vehicles. How do i get them out in a non-threatening way? oh and one time i search a guy...he actually has a gun in his hand..but it says he doesn't have anything lol

any help? i have to get the person out of the car to get the tow truck but i dont know how to just tell them to get out..only way i know is to throw them out of the vehicle.

so is there a way to decrease traffic? i watch multiplayer clans and there doesn't seem to be many cars. i'd like it to be this way as cars piling up and the stupid AI driving is really annoying.

so i have this saitek cyborg pc/ps3 controller. i have gotten my controller activated..i can change the buttons thorugh some xbox360 emulator i was told to download. but i have no idea how i would go about matching the buttons to the different functions.

I don't know if you have checked the RCMP clan here in Canada..they are on youtube..prob the best example. They follow the rules to a tee, have good training, etc

drdetroit, the idea of having ranking systems/people being promoted, is what some of the clans are all about. Some people take it very seriously like that. I find that if you are a serious player, single player will be fun, but ultimatley you will really enjoy the team-work when you join multi-player. There is only so much you can do without making it unrealistic as a single player. If you are in a pursuit, you do have to jam their car a lot, if they get on foot, you may need to run them down, etc..but when you play multiplayer, since you are working as a team, you can keep it completley realistic.Dealing with multiple people with guns is difficult as well if you want to keep it totally realistic..alone you might have to shoot them a lot..in a realistic gameplay with others, it might go down a lot more professionally.

So I had to re-install game and it is not working now. I clicked on the exe, got an error and it closed down. In fact, I can't even uninstall the game through my control panel. I try to and it just comes up with a screen saying "your system is incompatible with gta iv". I mean what does that have to do with uninstalling? So, first how do I uninstall? As I said, the game has worked before, but I don't remember how. I think I might havedone some compatibility stuff before.

how are ambulances, firefighters called? do i need mods for that? also, what is the purpose of calling a cruiser or patrol ? is there a difference? and these guys just come and stand around.

how long do you have to play game before you get a bigger variety of calls? i get no pursuits or shootouts or things like that.

Wow this looks amazing. But just curious. Is there an easy way to delete it should I not like it? And I'd love to see an RCMP skin.

no im using ps3/pc controller, cyborg/saitek. this is the one http://www.pricerunner.co.uk/pi/165-1179847/Game-Controls/Saitek-Cyborg-Rumble-Pad-%28Xbox360-PC%29-Product-Info So the stick on the left, push if left i go left, right, go to the right..push it up or down though and it changes the camera angle. then my stick to the right controls the cameras totally. so i find this really confusing, controlling cameras while im driving.

anybody have tips on improving driving? im horrible so far. i find it hard to control the camera at the same time as im driving.

Ok, I never get the option to arrest someone. When I press the button E (i get the option to frisk, or hold) never to cuff or arrest. It's also the LB button on my pc/ps3 controller but i have no idea where that is, i have tried everything. When I aim a gun at someone, they all seem to run. It seems other people are able to make them put their hands up?

i hope there is. my car is always gone. any time i call back up.

yes. it just said to take the contents of file and place them in gtaiv directory and overwrite the old files. (all of which happened) there was a vehicles.img pedprops.img handling.dat and ELS.ini and das.ini and componentpeds.ini

so i added an rcmp mod. so after u activate the lcpdfr...and u go into police station, then pick vehicle, how do i pick the vehicles from rcmp not liberty?

do you guys still find that the car is really bouncy if you use keyboard to drive? i don't know if its not installed properly or ifts just really hard to drive with keyboard is there a way to find out if something was installed properly?
