So I just downloaded the newest rage plugin hook and I can't even get the game to start loading because it says my rage plugin hook says unknown game version. I checked multiple times and have the correct firmware for it. So I'm lost. Any help would be much appreciated.

So I have been using this for a long time and noticed the speeds seem weird. The I noticed the speed was set to KM/h. I know that the * key brings up the menu. So when I do that I am unable to move up or down in the menu. The arrows don't work, page up and down don't work, D-pad on the controller won't work. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks

Sorry, It's ne Need For Speed speedometer plugin. I thought a lot of people used it.

I got the plugin a while ago and I just realized it's set to KM/H. I hit the * above the number pad and it brings up the menu, but I can't navigate it. The arrow keys won't work, nor will the D pad on the controller. I really want to change it to MPH. Can anyone help?

I ended up getting it working despite the _mods folder thing. Well I was at least able to add new cars I should say. I didn't have a ton anyway, so no big deal. Thanks for your help.

So everything seems to be working fine now, except I lost all my cars. I now have only the default cars. I had about 10. They were installed in patch day 22. I went ahead and installed a car in patchday 23 and it's not working either. So I'm not sure what's going on. I followed the install instruction to a t When I changed the name of my mods folder to _mods there was nothing in it. So now I'm copying the update folder into it.

That did the trick. Thank you so much. I have a bunch of mods I need to update now. But one weird thing. When I got on duty I'm not in a police uniform like usual. And when I try to go into EUP the key does nothing. Also, all my cars are gone. It's just the original generic cars.

Ok, so it loaded first response, but now it's just infinitely loading. Nothing is loading after first response. And it won't go into the game.

So the game crashed while it was loading. So I imagine I have to go the uninstall route. So just uninstall everything, and start over?

Hi guys and gals. I tried very hard to find a solution to this before posting in here. I may have missed it so please forgive me. My issues is when the main loading screen for the game is doing its thing, as it starts loading what I have it set to load for the game, every time it loads first response it gives an error and won't load it. The screen will then keep loading forever. I'm not sure what to do. I updated everything (I think) I'm not sure how to put all my files in here so people can look at them. I would really appreciate some help. Thank you in advance.

So I can use my K-9 to search? I didn't see anything to make him do anything other than just follow me. I looked through UB but can't find anything in the menu.

OMG, I can't believe I missed this. I got it working now. It's B on the keyboard, then left on my controller takes me to K9. Thanks so much. However when I hit B it also brings up Police Backup at the same time and they overlap. I would imagine this is just a key binding thing. I'll mess with it tomorrow. I can finally relax now that I got my little buddy helping me on the beat!

Just looked through the .ini and it says T, and DPadLeft. Neither work. Either I'm doing something wrong or something isn't installed correctly. I've been working on this for over three hours. I'm getting so frustrated I think it's time for me to give up for the night. Thanks for trying to help. EDIT: Are Ultimate Backup and Police Backup the same thing? I just realized it says Police Backup at the top when I pull it up in game. It gives me all the backup options and code 2-3 etc. But says Police Backup at the top. I even went through my files and don't see Police Backup anywhere. Just Ultimate Backup.

Ok, thanks for your help. I'm just getting frustrated because I got one of the K9 cars, and all decked out in K9 gear, and every video I'm seeing is just going to UB and clicking to the left on the code line and it goes to K9 controls. And I can't figure out how or where to get this added on to UB. Everyone just keeps saying just use UB.

Is it only usable on calls from United Callouts? I saw some tutorials and they just spawned the K9 from Ultimate Backup, and I don't have any option to use a K9 with mine.

Is there even a K9 mod to use anymore. I downloaded the dog, but I can't figure out how to use him in game.

I figured it out. I re-downloaded ELS, and I made sure all the xml files were in the right place and it worked. Staging is back for all my cars. Thank you for you help.
