According to the log, the game is unable to load the plugin. Sometimes you just need to be patient while it's loading 🙂 What is a DC? Am I missing out on something here?

Remove PoliceTape.dll and its components.

if you don't know what that means, it means the game could not find the DefaultRegions.xml in UB. Reinstall UB and see if the problem persists. 🙂

Do what @Charlie686 said. Go to RAGE settings, you see Plugin Timeout Threshold, set that to 60000. There is no need to reload all plugins.

Yes. That's okay. Depending on the stats of your PC, you should choose a lower amount of Peds and Traffic. Choose 0.1x Peds and 0.1x Traffic for low end PC's

Try deleting the pack. Don't install it again. See if it crashes then.

Hello, There is a French forum in the site if you want to check it out 🙂 Here is the error message: Exception type: System.UnauthorizedAccessException [10/18/2020 9:51:29 AM.363] LSPD First Response: Exception message: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\patterns.dat' is denied. I don't know much about this error but apparently something is denying access to patterns.dat Try disabling your antivirus temporarily and see if it runs 🙂

Hello, This topic is posted in the wrong forum. The correct forum is Suggestions and Requests. You may have reset LSPDFR but you still downloaded the liveries from somewhere. Search for where you have downloaded them and search in your downloads for that livery and you might find it.🙂

It isn't the full log but the error code is here: This error normally occurs when something is installed incorrectly. You have 3 options: 1.Reinstall the Game 2.Go to R* Support 3.Wait on this site for some genius to hop on Unfortunately I cannot help you further.

The Active GTAV folder is named GTAV. I think you've got it mixed up. The folder that EPIC games runs when the game is launched is named GTAV. Also, the default install location is C:/Program Files/Epic Games/GTAV
