Delete any leftover essence of Traffic Policer. There might be a undeleted .dll that is screwing up the game.

Traffic Policer. Do you have that? Albo's mods include: Traffic Policer, Arrest Manager, Smart Radio, LSPDFR+ and more.

Delete All of Albo's mods. They are outdated, eats up memory and can cause game instability. Replace them with Bejo's mods here:https://www.bejoijo.com/ Also, delete Chill Callouts.

Yes. It doesn't crash on startup, so that means if you get in the game, the pack will be loaded. Does setting the PTT to 60000 not work? Also, sometimes you just have to be patient 🙂

What did you do before this? Uninstalling Police Tape doesn't cause the game to crash on startup. If I'm correct, Police Tape requires LML to install. Try uninstalling using LML.

23 doesn't work. Use 17-22. ELS is really simple to install and really simple to use. I recommend it 🙂 That might be the cause of the lights not working.
