The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

GTA V with RPH crashing during start up. I have updated everything I can think of. I also turned off the loading plugins at start up. I just played a week ago for hours with zero issues. Now it won't start. I have uninstalled GTA V to view only the stuff I have added into my main game directory.

    If renaming mods to _mods works, rename _mods back to mods and try:
    Installing the gameconfig, Heap, and Packfile Adjusters.
    If that still doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal.
    If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.
