  1. Notice the use of "less-lethal" in the article, over the term "less than lethal" applied to most weapons of that sort. Taser's have actually killed a few people as well, so I'm really not too sure how well that will go down.
  2. The more the merrier! Essentially, your graphics card could be up two twice as effective. If you have the money for it, take 2GB over 1GB any day.
  3. I didn't find the storyline to be exceptional, but I loved how the movie was shot and the acting. It was a great movie nonetheless though.
  4. I've seen a couple of these on several websites for GTA IV. They're already converted, you just gotta look for them!
  5. Wish my computer could handle this :/
  6. I'm looking for an air ambulance similar to the type used by ORNGE here in Ontario, Canada. Does anybody know where I can get them? Thanks! http://www.cbc.ca/gfx/images/news/topstories/2012/02/24/wdr-620-ornge-copter.jpg http://digitaljournal.com/img/8/9/9/i/1/0/9/o/ornge.jpg
  7. Actually, you can set it as a default option in the trainer.ini :)
  8. Much easier to use Simple Native Trainer and turn on mobile radio, but its your option.
  9. That should be able to run GTA IV and Fraps quite well, good laptop!
  10. Hey Kyle! I'm a big fan of yours, and you got me into GTA IV. Why did you close your channel though?!
  11. That's a shame... Thanks for all the help guys!
  12. Is there any way to disable that? Its realllllly annoying.
  13. Hi guys, I'm relatively new to the GTA IV modding scene, so bare with me here. I'm using ELS v5 (I find I crash a lot with v6) and when I throw the lights on my cars are fixed. I'm unable to break the windows or anything, however when lights are off they are breakable.
  14. Alright thanks, was just wondering what the differences were.
  15. Why do you refer to it as the Rookie Blue CPVI, when it's just the Toronto Police Service's CPVI? Am I missing some difference between Toronto's cruiser and the one depicted in the show or are you just naming it the Rookie Blue CPVI so that people will understand where its from?
  16. Yes, it does happen but only when the bait car is occupied by a ped that is going to a hideout. I believe there is a 25% chance of getting a person that will that - not too sure though.
  17. Hey. All my keybinds are default except the one for ID check, as I removed that fully. Otherwise, I haven't tinkled with it. As well, my console doesn't give me any errors.
  18. Hey Abraxas, I just registered with this forum after playing LCPD:FR for a few weeks; simply to tell you how amazing your work is. I've been monitoring your thread ever since you started it and I felt like I should really congratulate you on this mod. Don't worry about the little bugs that come up now and then - I'm sure EVERYBODY here loves the mod even with the little bumps in it. If you ever need any testing or for some proof reading (I understand English isn't your first language) feel free to send me a PM. Once again, job well done! Edit: I too have some bugs with cone/barrier placement. I can place 1 barrier then remove it, but then I cannot place anymore. Sometimes I cant even place that first one. As well, I've never been able to place down a cone. The mods I use are ELS, LCPD:FR, DashCam IV, Traffic Flow, Simple Native Trainer, + cars mods for police, police 2, noose and fbi.
