It would be nice to have some public disturbance calls. Perhaps you could have somebody walking around the road drunk, or have one of those crazy preachers impeding traffic in the middle of the road. Another interesting idea would be interesting street events. LCPD:FR's events are pretty boring, a person dropping out of the air and running. Perhaps you could have peds spawn that get into fights as I would prefer this over receiving a call out. In real life, police officers are constantly looking out their car for trouble, so it would be interesting to get some actual trouble on the streets of New York. As well, like other people said, thanks for the great contribution you've made to LCPD:FR.

I'm able to run vanilla GTA 4 at max settings, but it really isn't the greatest. With the amount of mods and things I have, I can run it at medium settings, but I prefer to actually run at low due to the fact that I'll usually have the steam browser and possible a few other programs running at the same time. All in all, I can play GTA 4 + LCPD:FR + 8 other scripts + around 10 custom cars quite well.

I'm quite sure that you cannot add them yourself, but you'd need to buy Episodes from Liberty City. It would be interesting though, if somebody more knowledgeable than me would answer because I'm kinda wondering the same thing.

The thing is, Rockstar is guaranteed to tell us at least 4-6 months in advance due to the fact that many companies (at least North American ones) need that much time to get ready for the release. If R* goes ahead and tells the distributors the release date and doesn't tell the general public, the date will be leaked anyways. Therefore, don't expect GTA V to be coming out within the next 4-6 months. I'd probably wager a guess and say May 2013, 7 months from now. I also believe that Take Two interactive said that they are expecting a large increase in profits during the first fiscal quarter, which I believe is the May/June - Aug/Sept time. Either way, it's still tooooooo long for me to wait :*(

You can use Page Up and Page Down to check the commands that flash by. I dont think it's possible to start/stop one single script :3 Best way to do that would be to just remove the script from the /scripts/ folder and then /reloadscripts on the console.

I don't think that could work because if I'm not mistaken, LCPD:FR randomly generates names. Having a user match the names would take a very long time!

Got it shipped to me for $450 :) Again, I never said the computer was the same. My computer has a similar processor, two gigs less RAM, and a very similar processor. I understand his computer is still quite a bit better, but considering that I got one for half the price is a bit odd. It seems like a good computer, but its quite expensive... As well, i7 processors have double the cores of an i5, so try to aim for i7 (with hyperthreading, it's an 8-core processor).

That happens when I press shift and hit a numpad arrow. To fix it, just hit the arrow in the direction the trainer is scrolling in (if its moving down, hit numpad 2).

I guess its my turn... I've always been a HUGE fan of the GTA series, and when GTA 4 came out I jumped on it right away. I initially got it for my Xbox and I loved it! I always had to try and imagine my character being a cop in GTA because I obviously couldn't mod my Xbox. When I discovered that there was a mod like this for the PC version, I had decided that my current computer wasn't "fit for duty" and sold it to my mother (lol). I got myself a nice computer, got me a PC copy of GTA 4 and have been playing it non stop for the past, month? I've never really had any huge ambition to become a police officer, although I would like to be involved in some sort of law enforcement. Currently I'm looking for some opportunities with the RCMP, but more with cyber crime and prevention then actual uniformed police work. I still need to get through university though!

I see many people on this forum commenting about their time served in the Force, so I was wondering who plays this game? What does everybody do for a living, and why do they find this game interesting? I'm sorry if this comes off as being a bit nosy, but I really am interested in seeing what type of user base plays this and why they play it. I'd really appreciate it if you commented below!

I saw this option, but I couldn't figure out how to work it... I set the "Drive Options" and set it to a Turismo with the default settings for everything else. I press "Follow as Driver" and then hit "Spawn Driver". When I do this, the driver spawns, gets into my car, and starts aimlessly driving around town. If I get out and hop into another car, he doesn't follow me at all. Any tips?

I was wondering if anybody here knows how to get a certain ped to follow you in a certain car. For example, if I wanted to be escorting a prison transport for example, how could I get a police ped to follow my car in a police stockade? I've been trying to tinker about and figure out for myself, but it just isn't working! Any help would be awesome!

Am I the only one that would want to work with Toronto Police Service? I love our cruisers and I love my city!
