Time for the Harley to get the Non-ELS treatment!

This download contains the files for a Non-ELS ~2014 onwards CHP Harley Davidson Electra Glide. The download contains three options, an Add-On DLC folder for SinglePlayer, Replace files for SinglePlayer and a stream folder for FiveM use. The Add-On is intended to be a drag and drop DLC pack, while the FiveM version should be setup ready to use in a server of your choice. The Replace version requires a lot more effort to install and I would advise against it, as such I will not support install as a Replace vehicle but you're free to give it a go if you choose.

A 2-stage DLS file is also included, stage 2 being rear lights only and stage 3 being full response lighting. The Takedown mode has been setup to show steady burn lights across the bike, should you wish to use them. The bike will work without DLS but has added functions and sirens set up for DLS use.

An important note for FiveM, I do not use FiveM and have no way of testing or troubleshooting it, everything is setup to work on FiveM but I will provide NO support for FiveM use.

The bike is intended to be as accurate as possible to the CHP's Harleys that are still in use today, however there are some
limitations which will be detailed below. The reflective livery, although simple, is also accurate to the CHP, with a
lore-friendly version also included, both in 2k and 4k.

If there are any issues or suggestions please feel free to leave them below and I will address them or incorporate them into any further work I do!

Extra 10 will toggle the radar units on the front and rear as this seems to be something that happens quite frequently with the CHP bike fleet.
 
Spawn name for the bike is chpharley and will need to be spawned through a native trainer of your choice.

--Accuracy Issues--
The radio head in the dash is not correct to the newest in use with the CHP. It should be either the Kenwood TK-5710 or -5810 and not
the Motorola O2 radio, but seen as the Kenwood radio does not exist in the dev world and I am in no way a modeller of any sorts, the
Motorola radio it is.
Although fairly accurate, if you have any suggestions to improve the accuracy please leave a comment on the

Back again with more bike addons!

Been a fair minute, hasn't it? Well, bare with me, I'm pretty rusty at LCPDFR descriptions, but this livery pack has been a long time coming. If you've ever been slightly disappointed by the variety of lore-friendly retro LCPD liveries for vanilla cars (i.e. wrong colours, wrong orientation and livery placement) or just want to ride around/be chased by something old-school, then I have the pack for you: the Retro LCPD Liveries Pack!

Inspired by the recent work in GTA V by MonkeyPolice188, these are a set of retro Liberty City Police Department liveries for @Ekalb 's Enhanced Vapid Police Cruiser and @ThatOneHick's Declasse Premier Police Cruiser. Uniquely, for each vehicle, you get two variants of design and colour to pick: two each in GTA Liberty City Stories-style black and white, and two each in traditional NYPD-style 'Grabber Blue' and white. For me personally, the former represents a canon 'Vanilla Look' from GTA Liberty City Stories, but the others are also available for those who prefer the traditional NYPD/GTA III beta livery.

I am looking at doing further reworks of my older files to a more modern standard, as looking back, a lot of them are either bare-bones, sometimes using the wrong fonts, or are just overall pretty bad. Next in line will be a rework for the Marbelle and the Rancher, and there may also be State Police variants of the above vehicles, not to mention other texture mod reworks such as old fire trucks and ambulances. If you are also interested in additional trunk/unit numbers for the included liveries, feel free to get in touch; I have stuck with one number each for the 'Vanilla Look', but if there's enough interest, I'll put some out in a future update.

For further immersion to complete the 'Vanilla Look', I would recommend downloading @Chip. 's 'GTA3 siren for GTA4'.

Finally! Somebody let the beta cops out of the precinct basement and they're hungry for crooks!

This mod restores the cut pre-release m_y_cop model in full. The only alteration to it is higher texture resolution from the vanilla PC version of the game for several diffuse and normal textures, as far as the clothes are concerned. The rest remain as they are.

Important: You will need the SirenSetting Limit Adjuster if you are going to use this model. Some lights will not work unless you have it. This model also uses DLS for the red spotlight and lightbar takedowns, so if you use this model in FiveM they may not be able to work properly.
 
I'm finally back! Here's the CHP 2020 FPIU with GM's new base. This model is using some new and/or improved parts that will eventually be added to my other CHP stuff in updates, so this is what you can expect in the future. I hope you guys enjoy!

This is a simple replacement of the default LCPDFR computer background screen that adds the look of the police computer model from the vanilla game function. Basically giving you the same look as when you open the police database after stealing a police car!

DESCRIPTION
This MOD changes the Japanese license plate MOD, which previously only displayed fixed numbers, to generate random numbers. When introducing Japanese emergency vehicles in LSPDFR and similar games, this makes the scenery look more authentically Japanese.
Provided you give credit to the original creator, you may create anything based on this mod.

This is a massive vehicle pack based off TheGreatHah's and Getinmybelly's police pack back in 2017, which I absolutely loved, and so I decided to design my own pack based off their designs but with my own flare and design to them. This pack covers both Los Santos Police Department and the sub-division of the Los Santos Port Police division.

I turned them into Liberty vehicles however the Actual RL stlyle skins will be up for download as well.  This was a requested pack i answered from the forums. its getting late so if i left something out of the credits send me a message and ill update it later.

Copy the contents of the Grand Theft Auto V folder into your main Grand Theft Auto directory (ex: .../steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/)

After loading ingame, open the Rage Console (standard F4) and type "ForceDuty" to fully load the plugin.
 
To go on duty, enter any police department via the Red Circle. This will take you inside the custom PD. There, you can stamp in to start working.
To go off duty, just stamp out at the same location. DO NOT press the vanilla "Go off duty" button, as this will unload the plugin.

Information:
Happy Summer ya'll. I present today the police department for Blaine County. It's losely based off Chelsea, MA, with the older units sporting a better livery than Chelsea's old design. This is a massive pack, and covers Chargers, Rhino units, a K9 unit, marked and slicktop patrol units and unmarked units. The lighting is based of MA state lighting, so is primarily all blue (with no red and blue option).
 
If you're interested in the bigger BETA pack which covers nearly all of Northern San Andreas, including Paleto Bay, Senora PD, Forest Fire Control, Dept. of Conservation and BCPD, you can get the newest version for free on my discord.

This pack uses an ELS/non-ELS hybrid setup with custom dials, paint, lighting ids, and custom EXTRA configurations, therefore it is highly recommended to use the DLC pack for easier installation. If you have to install the files manually, make sure to install everything correctly (vehicles.meta, carcols, carvariations) otherwise the vehicle will not function as expected.  Please do not re-upload this vehicle to other websites or use this model for your own financial gain in any way, shape or form.
