No.   After lowering the textures size like you said it's much betterbut still when there are much suspect on a callout and I call some backup peds and players are wlaking a above the road and some textures dissapears.

Hello try to download another siren pack and see if it's still happening. Mybe it's just the package issue.

So first try to change priority of gtav.exe in task manager, but the most effective way to solve this is just to remove some plugins. Try to remove some of them that you aren't using every call and find just a few plugins that you like to play with, also check if you have the latest version of your plugins. I have the same exact problem. Just started today.

Hello I' ve got very annoying problem that is when I open pursuit menu (that on N key) and switch Lethal force or even on force off the ai officers are shooting to fleeing suspect. Or if even the suspect is far away and I go into that menu, switch this option and close it, then when I open it again (during the same pursuit) this setting is always set to FORCE ON. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Try to reinstall Better Ems, if the problem will be not resolved, remove it

Link the pack your using, I’ve put these els configs in my game and they responded code 3, also I know you said even with a wanted level they don’t run code 3 but have you tried getting a  wanted level in normal gta or calling 911 in normal gta to test and see if they respond code 3?

And have you tried a different police or police 3 config for els?
 
Try copy the police2 els config and pasting it to desktop then rename it police or police3 and see if it works then
(backup the police and police3 that you have in)

Copy and paste what’s in your els police and police3 xml.

I could be wrong but this sounds like an issue with the backup.xml. Make sure when they respond, they respond as Code 3.
