I personally set mine on maximum 4 cop cars in a chase (assuming i'm the 5th, might set it to 3) And 8 maximum ped cops. I once had like 20 aim at a guy lol

Works fine here. If I mess too much with it like turning it on and off and abuse too many commands it might crash, leaving only LCPD running, otherwise I'd restart the game so the scripts re-run or I just do forcereload in console, but then i gotta repick the lcpd job

I have noticed a thing, not sure if it is a bug but ambulances only work for fallen officers and civilians (Especially if you report them with ALT E while looking at them) or holding capslock to call one manually, but they ignore 100% any fallen guy who has been pursued. Most of the times those fallen suspects are not dead but still moving. In 0.95 I used to apply CPR myself getting them up then I'd arrest them, or I'd call an ambulance which would heal them. So is there anyway to make the ambulances also heal the fallen suspects? It's annoying to see them get up with like 1 block of HP and crawl away. I got the PoliceHelper mod but the issue with it is that, the amublance comes and heals the suspects or whoever is there but then they say "We'll take him with us and it mentions how injured they were", and I wanna arrest them myself especially after they've taken down a comrade.

Thanks for the hotfix but I will make this thread to clarify something. Under [Main] in 1.0a I have added PreloadAllModels=True then saved. I was expecting it to previously be added there having just to change it to True but it wasn't, so I wanna make sure I have done it right by adding it myself with copy paste. Thanks.

Not sure if I understand what you mean with off duty, as with pressing alt p again to disable LCPD? I never do that unless I wanna play vanilla. I just play as the cop but I'm a corrupt cop lol, I do as I please :D I am the sheriff of liberty city :P

I use the towservice via the policehelper with no issues on 1.0. I've set it via its ini to work via policehelpr and I had set it to the 2nd option (Spawn close/ do it fast) or something like that. It works great.

I pull people over, I sometimes kidnap certain people, take em to secluded area and beat em up, sometimes I get "bribed" by fining over 1000$ for their lives. I do that by using the PoliceHelper mod along with LCPD, I sometimes try to create a scenario by shooting in a gang infested area, then pretend I never did that and have the gangsters start shooting, calling backup and so on. The list goes on xD You can do a lot of "non policing" stuff to cause certain things to hpapen then you can take it from there, depends how you wanna roleplay it.

In the normal mode I'd always take cover and take miss shoots call backup etc, i encourge the hardcore mode. When you get shot you ragdolize around but you can still take a lot of shots if you got armor and it's more intense. Makes taking cover worth it compared to taking hits and not being moved. Also I have never survived an ambush. Hell now I'm paranoid and when I see 3 guys in a car, I call backup before I go to the window just in case lol, I imagine he'd eat more bullets that way if he shoots me, , hopefully saving me. But didn't get to test it so far as they have not shot at me while I did it.

My gta IV never crashes with simple native trainer and exaggerated blood. I can play it for 5 hours straight with no issue. 0.95 could be played 2 hours + with no crashes, it was more than stable. Here are some examples.

how to disable the new sounds??? I'm driving, then i hear some random new chatter (like 1-2 secs long one) in radio then the sec it happens i get some lag.. i prefered normal PD car chatter over this, besides i have mobile radio on through trainer so yeah. edit : i figured i'd remove the audio folder in the lcpdfr folder. meh doesn't help much maybe if there was a line in the ini to disable the new sounds so the script wouldn't bother to initialize any of it. Guess I'll keep em

You can hold capslock to get some options then i dont know how to call helicopter and can't find it.. it used to be ctrl V i think, i still use ctrl B for backup :D etc

I have right clicked on my GTA IV's folder, went to properties, unticked read only, hit apply then I hit apply again as for all subfolders and files within, I've waited for it a bit to be done and had no crash since. Had some small freezes while initiating a pull over and so on but I think it gots to do with my PC< gotta reboot as I've kept running the game and closing it (crashing mostly).
