You can only run ELS on ELS enbaled cars :)

Ca you run GTA IV at all cause from what ive been told Intel HD graphics are low level.

I would like to learn how to make skins, ive been watching videos on YouTube recently and looking at some sites but their more for people that have know what they're doing :( So my question is...is it hard and do you need to know a lot about advanced computing also what do I need to start-up and if you guys know any really good sites that can help me get started could you post a link. On steam its only £8...was £25 when I bought it :/ Sounds like a bargain to me :) Was just saying incase you thought Steam was going to be expensive.

I ordered my new PC yesterday :D What do you guys think about it? Intel Core i5 3570 8GB DDR3 RAM RADEON GEFORCE GTX 650 (2GB) 600 watt power supply I got told it would run GTA IV on high settings in the 60 + FPS range with an ENB is that true or have I bought a piece of crap?
