It dosn't use any lights at all so its technically non-els,I reccomend using the strobes script to give it more realism though. -

I recommend you to use GIMP its free and will give you better results ;)

Toronto Police Service Traffic Smart Car This is another skin exclusivley for LCPDFR.com! Unfortunatley there was some issues with the model so I couldn't add the "9-1-1 Emergency" logo in as it dosn't appear in-game.The template was also very poorly made so this made it extremely difficult to texture,so I apologise for the small differences :( Hope you like it! I dont make the models so im afraid I cant :( However I recommend you to use the strobes script ;)

Thanks everyone for all the great feedback,bad news though...some of the logos dont appear due to the way the model is created :(

I think its a good idea if some sort of cap was included e/g. you can only fine up to xxx amount and that would increase the realism
