I fully agree 100%! I just signed it, also I think this should be everywhere in the U.S. not just Pennsylvania. 

I love the q siren. Not the crappy electric one but the real Federal Signal Q.

Try going into the vehicles.ide, changing the engine sound, and loading up the game. Once there, see its making any noise. If it is, then go back out and switch the engine sound back to normal, and see if that works.

I was just thinking, why doesnt ELs support proper wig wags? If you dont know what I mean, I mean that with ELS, the head lights go from on to off immediately. Real life wig wags dim from on to off. I was just wondering why ELS doesnt do that. Is there a specific reason?

Ive been trying to find out for ages but I just cant find it. Right im using a siren fairly similar to it but id prefer the actual thing.

If I have a choice whether to head out with friends or stay inside and model something for a video game, I think I, as well as other "jerk modelers", would choose the first option.

Oh, believe me, I know. Im just hoping that at least one of them can be nice and do it. I have no modeling experience, so I dont know, but I feel this is a fairly simple request.
