Can someone help me discern what is causing the issue? It looks like a weapon skin, perhaps a combat pistol I replaced? LSPD first response crashes when I load in but reloading it via console allows me to continue on.

I have been having the same issue since updating LSPDFR to LSPDFR_049_8584 on the 15th. Apparently a Rage issue.

 

EDIT

I just noticed the message from Cyan about RagePluginHook and Microsoft Defender. I added RagePluginHook to the firewall rules, and that fixed my issue.

 

Seems that didn't fix the issue after all. It's not a Windows Defender issue.
