Hello, I'm trying to make my LSPDFR based off of the UK. But in order to do so I need to find a way to stop having tonnes of AI spawn in and attack me for no reason, and with no end. Anyone know a fix?

Hello, I am trying to go onto LSPDFR with rage plugin hook after installing a few new things. Those things being LSPD (LAPD Based) Vehicle mega pack, max payne glock, bufordt taser, m4a1 no reticle and a bearcat, but now everytime my game crashed whenever i start it.
