Okay, I would try to reinstall ELS

Okay, so can you move ALL .asi files from your main directory to your desktop, and try to run the game, if it runs, add the files back one by one running the game between the issues, this should help locate if one of the ASI files are causing the crash

Have you disabled battleEye in the Rockstar Games Launcher?

Can you try to reinstall SHV

Can you move dinput8.dll from your game folder and try to load the game without RPH

Does it still crash?

Can you verify game files again

does it still crash when loading without rph

Can you send the RPH log again

can you try to rename that to _scripts and ensure mods is _mods and try to run it again

Do you have a scripts folder? If you are still crashing with the mods folder disabled then i dont think its something to do with that

Does it crash even with mods renamed?

Can you try to send RPH.log
