With the street lights?

I double posted because I thought that if I don't "Quote" what you commented nobody would've known I said anything in response.

I looked in visualsettings.dat and this is what I found for traffic lights: #Config values for traffic lights # trafficLight.red.color 1.00 0.10 0.00 trafficLight.red.color.red 1.00 trafficLight.red.color.green 0.10 trafficLight.red.color.blue 0.00 # trafficLight.amber.color 1.00 0.30 0.00 trafficLight.amber.color.red 1.00 trafficLight.amber.color.green 0.30 trafficLight.amber.color.blue 0.00 # trafficLight.green.color 0.10 0.40 0.10 trafficLight.green.color.red 0.10 trafficLight.green.color.green 0.40 trafficLight.green.color.blue 0.10 trafficLight.intensity 22.00 trafficLight.falloffMax 14.00 trafficLight.innerConeAngle 25.00 trafficLight.outerConeAngle 90.00 I'm not sure if there's anything in here for the street lights though. Hi. I just wanted to know if there is any way I can dim the street lights. Usually, when I patrol at night, it's unrealistically bright and I think the cause of that is the street lights being too bright. I have the snow mod in now, you (may) know, for the wintery whether we've been having lately, and the street lights look even brighter when they reflect off the snow. Hello, I am creating a siren for the first time. The main problem I'm having is the air horn (0xCEA58C7C) in the HORNS.ivaud file. When I have the regular/original siren in without being edited, everything works fine. But, when I edit the AMBULANCE_WARNING, POLICE_WARNING, SIREN_1, and SIREN_2 with siren tones I recorded and edited in Audacity myself, for some bizarre reason, everything works, but the air horn gives off a tiny part of what it should sound like, followed by this weird-sounding noise that I can't even explain, and then looping over and over again when I keep my finger on the air horn key without me even editing or touching the air horn file. I have no idea why the hell I'm having this problem. I've been troubleshooting this for hours last night and then about 4 or 5 hours straight this morning and still can't find a solution. PLEASE help me with this. Thank you for your time.

Well, I just downloaded firefox. It worked! LCPDFR downloaded!! Man, if I would've known it was as easy as that.... I've been pulling my hair out for the past few days trying to figure it out, thinking it was because read only in properties had a square in it (I thought that meant the same thing as it being checked and that it being squared was just a windows 8 style or something, but it isn't and apparently the square doesn't mean it's read only, only if it has a check), but it wasn't. I guess firefox is better than Internet Explorer afterall... Anyway, thanks for the help! I really appreciate it! Have a nice day! I am marking this as solved. Yes, I'm using internet explorer. I don't recall this ever happening before when I had to download LCPDFR. I always used internet explorer.

I have windows 8. It usually gives me the option "Run", but with this, it's just giving me the options to "save/save as" or "cancel". When I press "save/save as" it gives me that message and I can't do anything.

Hello. I recently had to re-install my gta 4 game. After it was installed again, I went to this website (lcpdfr.com) to download LCPDFR and every time (I've tried multiple times) I try to download it, it says: "The publisher of 095RC2R2 couldn't be verified." Please help me?

Actually, on second thought, since I already found a good download for their cvpi and a good Tahoe model I can just make a skin for, I don't need you to make anything for me (if you were going to do it). Thanks anyway for the help though! To anybody who has seen this already or who is now/will see this thread: I found what I was looking for and I don't need anyone to make me anything. I found a good Tahoe model that I can just make a skin for and I already found a good cvpi, so my problem is solved and nobody needs to make me anything or do anything further, so just forget and completely disregard this thread. Yeah, that was my mistake. They don't have an expedition they have a Tahoe. And cool, that would be great. The reason I was asking is because OC is a very hot vacation spot and I think a lot of people would like this.

Does anyone know where I can find Ocean City, Maryland emergency service mods? I'm looking for all the police cars, fire dept./EMS car mods (ambulance, fire truck, etc.). Also the police uniforms, too. I can't find mods anywhere for them.
