You can't get LSPDFR for GTA IV. GTA 5 is LSPDFR, GTA 4 is LCPDFR. No crossovers.

Why so many arjents????
I think it's because they are trying to mimic the LAPD style because all of the police cars there have an arjent. I'm not too great a fan of them as compared to others like the fed. sig. valor and vision, whelen freedom, whelen liberty, etc., but when actually playing with lspdfr the arjents are pretty awesome when it comes to how realistic they look in game (some of the ones I've seen) compared to real life. I haven't actually played lspdfr at all yet, but from the videos that I've seen, I think that's why.

NYPD Ford Fusion?
Oh. That sucks... Being that the ford fusion is what they use a lot, as I have seen anyway, and on youtube videos and stuff. Guess I'll just have to stick with the LED vector version for now. Who knows, someone released the NYPD slicktop taurus and highway patrol Taurus even though gta 5 was out and attention was on that, maybe there's still a chance for the fusion.

NYPD Ford Fusion?
Hello. I've been looking around, but am having trouble finding an NYPD ford fusion with a rotor vector lightbar. Not the one with the LEDs in the vector, but the rotor lights instead. It doesn't have to be from this site. Does anyone know of one and can provide the link? Thanks.

what exactly is Vsync and what does it do? I never knew... I could imagine it meant "Vertical Synchronization" but I still wouldn't know what that would mean

Who plays GTA 5 with alot of mods on its highest possible game settings and how many fps/ how fast does it run? How is the lagging/ crashing situation? There is possibly a follow-up question.

Why do other foreign countries only use blue lights?
A lightbar for a volunteer responder? That's pretty cool. I've never seen anyone around me with a lightbar, but there are probably some people with them in other parts of jersey. We are allowed to have a blue/white flashing christmas tree for a car if we want to, I believe, however it is frowned upon to have all of that stuff. I've never seen anyone around here with a crazy amount like that. We aren't even required to have any lights at all near me. They are optional. We are allowed to have any flashing blue and/or white light we want anywhere on the vehicle. The only things we are strictly prohibited from having (unless high-ranking) are red lights, a siren, and flashing headlights and taillights. I guess it is different in every township, county, etc. I think it's pretty interesting how it varies with this stuff from state to state. Some states are allowed to have any lights they want I think, only reds, only blues, etc. I know in new york in the 5 boroughs, especially brooklyn, most of the volunteers are Hatzolah and I've seen them with red and blue lights. Also I saw on a website that volunteer EMTs in NY have green flashing lights. Maybe around christmas time they can put up red and green to be festive lol

Why do other foreign countries only use blue lights?
Same in New Jersey. I've read that the law states if the vehicle has at least one front-facing red flashing light and an optional audible signal (siren), then people are 'required' to pull over for you. If you have no red lights then people are not 'required' to pull over. I semi-quote 'required' because I think this is a stupid law and people should be required to pull over to blue lights, as they are part of an emergency department and are responding to the emergency vehicle to go to the scene of an emergency. In my area, I've heard stories of local police pulling people over who do not pull over to blue lights. I don't know how true these stories are... I've also heard stories of police escorting blue-lighters to their station sometimes. Again, don't quote me on this- I don't know how true these stories are, but it seems that blue lights are enforced somewhat strictly where I am. Yeah, I learned in my psychology class that red is a color that causes excitement, hunger, a spike in emotion and/or desire. That's why a lot of food commercials use the color red so you associate your hunger with their product and you go and buy their product. That can translate to emergency vehicles as well. If you see red flashing lights behind you then you'll feel some adrenaline which will cause you to move over as fast as you can

Why do other foreign countries only use blue lights?
Some areas in America police use stripes, however they are unnecessary and purely for design, in my opinion. Most police cars use lettering and painted on features that are all reflective and highly visible any time during the day/night. I think stripes should only be used for fire trucks and ambulances because they are much bigger vehicles, which is the case most of the time.

Why do other foreign countries only use blue lights?
It seems that most areas down south have police using all blue lights. In New Jersey every 911 responder uses red and blue. EMS uses mostly red, but some blue and where I am, I don't think I've ever seen blue lights being used for medics, just red/white. However, volunteer responders (who respond from home to station) for EMS and the Fire Department are only allowed to use blue, yellow, and/or white flashing lights. Reds are strictly prohibited unless you are higher ranking within your squad or department like captain or assistant captain. And I believe only captain and assistant captain are allowed to use a siren in their personal vehicle as well if they elect to. which country? (if you don't mind me asking )

Why do other foreign countries only use blue lights?
I've noticed that every other foreign country that I have seen on here only uses blue lights on the police cars (with the exception of the two red flashers on the rear of the London MET police car lightbars). Why is it that America uses a pretty even distribution of red and blue while most of the other foreign countries just use blue?

CPU problems vs. GPU problems for GTA?
Does anybody know CPU related problems when playing GTA 4 and 5? Problems caused by the processor, not the graphics card, in-game? Maybe some examples? Or as long as the processor meets the minimum requirements to play the games, all other in-game issues are graphics card related? So, for GTA 4 and GTA 5, like stated above on all high settings, heavily scripted/modded, would the Core i7 4710MQ @ 2.5GHz - 3.5GHz be good to handle them? I'm just trying to make sure most of the problems I'm having in game now, with GTA 4 on my kind of shitty laptop, are all related to the graphics card. And if any are related to the processor, I'm just trying to isolate them by comparing my game issues to a possible list of issues caused by the processor.

CPU problems vs. GPU problems for GTA?
Hello. As some of you may have seen my string of topic threads in this section, I think this will be my last bit of research regarding the forecast functionality of the new gaming laptop I am customizing. My main goal is to get this right the first time. So, everyone who mods GTA 4 (and now GTA 5) is aware of all the different types of problems one may encounter while modding and playing. I know texture loss and lag are two examples of a GPU problem, a problem of the graphics card not being able to handle the game too well or just barely getting by. Now, what are examples of CPU problems- like problems caused by the core processor (i5, i7, etc.) not being able to handle certain things? Or Does heavily modding/scripting and playing on all ultra high settings only concern the graphics card? Should I have to worry about the processor as much if I have a great graphics card (GTX 980M 8.0GB)? (speaking in context of playing GTA 4 and GTA 5 heavily modded/scripted and on ultra high settings) Thank you guys for all the help in advance!

How is the quality and FPS of your gameplay (GTA 4 PC)?
does system RAM also affect how well gta 4 plays? Or would a 16GB RAM be more than enough to handle GTA 4 and 5 since the graphics card holds 8GB?

How is the quality and FPS of your gameplay (GTA 4 PC)?
how many GB does your GTX 970 have and your RAM? I have fully modded police, firetruck, and ambulance vehicles along with custom textures for each. I have no ENB and then a bunch of scripts like door chime, traffic flow, police helper, etc. and plugins for LCPDFR along with ELS. With my current pc specs listed above and even with my game's settings on their lowest I average about 30-40 fps. It's like pulling teeth to be able to have a "normal" or "realistic" patrol w/o texture loss, lag, slowness, crashing, and all of those other wonderful things.

How is the quality and FPS of your gameplay (GTA 4 PC)?
Agreed- GTA 4 is very unstable. But if you know what mods/scripts conflict with what, and what will crash your game, you can avoid crashing it if everything is done in the correct balance. I'm getting the gaming PC for GTA 4 with LCPDFR and GTA 5 with LSPDFR, each having in their own mods, scripts, ENB, etc. My plan is to use GTA 4 (as I have been doing) for mimicking local PD as well as NYPD and using GTA 5 with mods and LSPDFR for fun and hopefully will grow to be a much more stable and perfected version of gta 4 with mods, etc. My PC specs now (Lenovo G780 Laptop): Intel Core i7-3632QM CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.20 GHz GeForce GT 635M with 4GB total available graphics memory. dedicated video memory: 2GB DDR3 and 2GB of shared system memory 8GB of RAM Windows 8 New PC specs (Sager NP9377-S Customized Gaming Laptop): 4th Generation Intel® Haswell Core™ i7-4710MQ (2.5GHz - 3.5GHz, 6MB Intel® Smart Cache) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M (8.0GB) GDDR5 PCI-Express DX11 (Maxwell) 24GB DDR3 1600MHz [3x8GB] Kingston HYPER X (CL9) Dual Channel Memory RAM Windows 8

How is the quality and FPS of your gameplay (GTA 4 PC)?
Hello. I'm getting a customized gaming laptop and I wanted to know how well GTA 4 (heavily) modded on high settings runs on PC for you compared to what my new pc specs will be. I know there is a similar topic by someone else in this section, but I wanted to see how GTA 4 works for everyone on PC so I can better judge how well my new gaming laptop will perform. Please list how well or how bad your game runs ( if any crashing, texture loss, lag, etc and how often, in game circumstances, etc.), your FPS, and your PC specs (processor, RAM, graphics card, etc.). Thank you!

Should I spend an extra $650 to add another gpu?
Here are my current settings for GTA IV under the NVIDIA control panel: There is also another setting: Which one should I choose? The first one already has the setting "Auto-select: NVIDIA GPU". What is the difference between the two? *****EDIT*****: I actually just changed it in the NVIDIA control panel to the high-performance NVIDIA processor real quick and messed around a little with the game and it made the game slower. Even slower than usual. I'm just going to leave it on the first setting for now until I get the the new laptop.
