  1. The pictures aren't too clear, but the cvpi in the video looks like the one in this pack: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  2. '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> I've been looking around- there are other LCPD HWP-looking models, but your best bet is to put an NYPD skin on them.
  3. on what video? do you have the link?
  4. Hey guys. I've been having a problem with a lot of texture loss in-game. Here are my PC specs (for reference): A Lonovo G780 Laptop: Windows 8.1 Intel Core i7-3632QM CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.20GHz Processor 64-bit OS, x64-based processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 GeForce GT 635M* 1 TB Hard Drive 8 GB RAM (7.87 Usable) *other info for GeForce Card: DirectX version: 11.0 Driver version: 345.20 Direct3D API version: 11.2 Direct3D feature level: 11_0 CUDA Cores: 96 Core clock: 660 MHz Shader clock: 1320 MHz Memory data rate: 1800 MHz Memory interface: 128-bit Memory bandwidth: 28.80 GB/s Total available graphics memory: 4095 MB Dedicated video memory: 2048 MB DDR3 System video memory: 0 MB Shared system memory: 2047 MB IRQ: 16 Bus: PCI Express x16 Gen2 That was probably a lot more info than you needed. In my commandline.txt file is: -novblank, -norestrictions, -frameLimit: 0, -availablevidmem: 1.1 (was at 6.0, but after some research I changed it to 1.1), -percentvidmem: 100, -nomemrestrict, -fullspecaudio. So, in that commandline.txt I originally had "noprecache" in there as well, but it was giving me severe texture loss after I paused the game and unpaused it. The only things that were visible were objects that you could crash into, vehicles, the ocean, and the underground subway areas. After I resumed the game sometimes the textures would take a long time to reappear (like a minute or two) and sometimes they would show up quickly. So then I removed noprecache and then I didn't get any texture loss, I paused/unpaused & no texture loss. As I was in-game with noprecache out of the commandline.txt, I went into my simple native trainer to spawn a vehicle and it said "unable to spawn requested car, please check model" (this didn't happen for all vehicles and didn't happen after I changed availablevidmem from 6.0 to 1.1, only when it was at 6.0, but then started happening again when at 1.1). After this happened I started getting texture loss again after I paused and unpaused. I don't know what the problem is. I'm suspecting maybe that it's video memory or something, but I don't know. The game isn't crashing, but the texture loss is incredibly annoying and severely hinders the realism of playing. Thanks for your time in advanced!
  5. At 6:23 in the video, you say you press a key that toggles LCPDFR off and your script on; what key are you talking about? I tried pulling over a car and nothing with your script happened- it just went through LCPDFR's options. How would I do it through your script?
  6. Thank you very much and I appreciate you taking my model request! So you will start after you release the Ford Explorer?
  7. Hello. I've been looking around for a specific police Tahoe for a long time, but I could never come close to finding the one at least remotely similar to what I was looking for (it has been a couple of years now, -no lie). I was just really hoping that someone could make me this police Tahoe, as it would finally end my search for this police car and I could add it to my collection. Instead of just throwing all the info into here, I've created and attached a word doc with all of the specs, so maybe if you want to print it out/keep it separate, just have a clean sheet of paper to look at without any distractions on it, or whatever would make it easier. Again, I'm really hoping that somebody could make this tahoe for me. That would be great! Thank you VERY much in advance! Have a great day! Police Chevy Tahoe Vehicle Request.docx
  8. Hello. Under my Programs List in "Uninstall/Change a Program", I found that I have two different LCPD First Response files. I just installed 1.0d like 5 minutes ago, but before that it said 1.0b. After I installed this one, it says 1.0d. So, am I supposed to have 2 in there? Will that slow down the game and make it lag? I don't know how that happened. Here is a screen snipping: Thanks.

  10. I have ELS v8. Is there any way I can just make only the back of the light bar light up? Thanks.
  11. So just drop "commandline.txt" in the gta 4 main and that's it?
  12. Hey guys. I have the actual command lines in a file called commandline.txt. So, do I just put this file in the GTA 4 main directory folder and it should work? Or if there are other things I have to do, how do I go about doing this? Thanks!
  13. Hello. I'm having trouble finding a vehicle pack with real cars (like fords, chevys, lincolns, subarus, hondas, mercedes, etc.) that have all low poly cars. I'm just getting tired of playing with the gta original cars and I don't want to download cars that will hog up video memory and make the game crash. I'm looking for cars with poly as low as the original cars already in gta. Thanks in advanced.
  14. Maybe you have too many other functions for those specific keys? Check all of your other mods/ scripts to see if you have that same key in set to do other stuff. Also, if you go to the GTA pause menu and then controls, and I think it's called keyboard settings, check that also to see if you have those keys in there as well. If that stuff doesn't work I would try deleting all of the extra SNT files and re-installing SNT fresh. Also, what are your PC specs? You mentioned that you have to hit the keys multiple times for them to work and like it's on a delay. Maybe your game is slow and your computer can't handle it extra stuff on GTA like that. These are all I can think of. I'm no expert, just giving some advice that I think may help if you haven't tried it already.
  15. Love it! You really out did yourself, thanks for actually taking the time to make my request! 5/5!
  16. It just got posted to the downloads section. I'm gonna plug in my skins and try it out in-game.
  17. I believe this directly affects all street lights/lampposts in the game. Does somebody know how I can edit these files to make the street lights/lampposts dimmer? I believe the animviewer.ide affects the street lights on the highways in the game and the lamppost.ide affects just regular lampposts on the roads. Unfortunately it says that I'm not permitted to upload those files. I figured that I would post them up here and anyone can look at them as a reference. I don't know why I'm not permitted... Thanks.
  18. Okay, no problem, man. I'm glad, at least I'm finally getting this CVPI.
