Do you have els and script hook v? Stage 3 uses non els lighting because it's a hybrid. So it sounds like your having an issue with ELS itself -
isn't this what the mod folder is for? so if you break something you get it out of the regular folder and boom. fixed.... -
yeah i've noticed the issue in my own game. not sure if there is a fix yet but i'll look into it. -

No, this pack needs to be addon for the lighting. But you can make them spawn in ambiently if you edit your ultimate backup and lspdfr agency files

You'd need to copy some of the settings in the carcols from the pack you like -

these aren't supposed to used as replace for many reasons. #1 they use custom non els lighting for most lights. #2 they use a shared YTD to help with file sizes

Unfortunately no. Since I made this pack to be 1:1 lighting wise it doesn't use els stages. I do hopefully have some DLS cars on the way that allow for many many features (brake override, park patterns, and your regular stages and takedown to name a few. But there are literally dozens) while also allowing a 1:1 lighting setup.

Think i found the issue. either put all the vehicle meta files in a data folder. or edit the fxmanifest.lua. I'll make sure to put out an update later
