    it should have 2 versions. summit county and blaine county I think you just need to switch the liveries over using a program like OpenIV. theres a liverys folder where you decide between Summit or Blaine

    I will let him know. He has quite the busy work schedule so it may take a bit before its uploaded Until then the first download option should still work it will just have the red and blue version only and have some compression issues. so you can use that one until it is updated

    edit the vehicles.meta. not an issue with my models you just need to edit the handling line of the cars

    Thank you for the kind words. maybe someday 😜 No this pack is outdated and i most likely wont touch it again. Maybe someday. and yes lights floating was one of the things i just had to live with due to limitations with ELS

    I would but I currently can't afford it and I'm trying to put money towards other bases. otherwise I would have gotten it. Also Turtle has been on a hiatus and sounds like nobody has been getting responded to, nonetheless maybe someday

This was a Utah Highway Patrol CVPI i was working on a lil while ago that i strived to be about as close to real life as possible (or as close i could get) I hope you guys enjoy if you do i might make more of these fun projects. Important!!!! There is only a non lore version for Utah Highway Patrol DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REFLECTIVE AND NON RELFECTIVE!!! IMPORTANT!!!!! Reflective means the decals on the car will light up, But also means that you CANNOT change the livery. Non Reflective means the vehicle decals will not light up and will act like any other car, But you CAN change the livery.
