There isn't. it would have to be added by the Developer -
kind of. but its mainly only you can toggle the takedowns on and off. the rest of it is actually putting lights on the car. -
might be an issue with your graphics mod or carcols. never seen that on my end though.- 173 comments

I appreciate you finding this out. I actually just got some brand new tahoe edits the day after i uploaded this so if i have time i might try and move everything over to the new base. Glad you like the pack! Those are some awesome Designs my man. I used to be crazy for liveries but now if i focus on it too much i lose motivation for the actual developing side of it lmfao. but those are very nice looking! I also appreciate the kind words!

Glad to hear it. 1st question. No, jsut since the pack is reflective the car's can only have 1 livery and to keep it somewhat realistic. 2nd quesiton. Im unsure what Nebraska would use. Unless you mean this pack but this pack is based off of NEVADA Highway Patrol which would use some sort of Federal Signal Smart Siren if i had to imagine. the cars or? sounds like some sort of bug you are having on your end. I would recommend checking your graphic settings and making sure your on the most recent DX version. Which i think is DX 11 or 12. Appreciate it. I probably should've... But currently no, maybe in the future back right now i just started working on some commisions and then i'm going to be doing a project i've wanted to do for awhile now. But i appreciate the kind words!

If your wondering which file to choose this will help you Reflective: Reflective overall looks better in game and decals light up like they would IRL (look at the 4 pics before the all blue pics for examples) CAN'T CHANGE THE LIVERIES WITH REFLECTIVE!! So. If the files are just for livery's and you haven't made a car that your uploading, You shouldn't Include ELS in your title. Because ELS would mean your uploading a car using the ELS lighting system. But since these are livery's they could be used with any pack. -
Well. This does. It is a ELS Hybrid (hence the title) so some of the lights don't work without ELS.

There is no tag for hybrid. its only ELS and Stock (which means NON-ELS) but Hybrid is a term for ELS NON-ELS cars.

The car is a hybrid. but only some of the lights are ELS. Like the pushbar lights, side window lights, wigwags, Traffic Advisor, Takedowns, and Alley Lights. im not sure how a steam deck would help you change the pattern.... its all 1's and 0's in the carcols meta that control how the lightbar and rear lights flash.

No. Because the lightbar and tailgate lights use non els. Meaning you would have to change the coding I'm the carcols to change their pattern. Since they aren't els controlled and only turn on at stage 3...

Its a ELS, NON-ELS Hybrid vehicle. it uses both systems. Which is why its a Addon only vehicle

No, The lightbar is NON-ELS and i believe the hood lights and trunk lights are aswell. So the only patterns you can change is the T/A, Pushbar lights, Side window lights, and Wigwags. It was the only way to get the unique pattern i wanted on the lightbar and trunk

As of now its planned to remain all blue. Would just take alot of time and effort to switch lights around and then mess with meta files to flash red.

Is this pack ELS, and if not, can you convert it? A. This pack is a ELS, NON-ELS hybrid which requires use of both systems Q. Will there be a FiveM version? A. Short answer, No. Q.
