I don't see why it is far from being implemented because as a person with a lot of experience in programming I can see a way you can do this by using software to access model files and edit the parts using a certain software of course.

Just wondering if it is possible to make real versions of cars in gta 5? Because all the mods or car mods I see are usually textures of the original model.

Is there a way to change ELS config so that there is no AI that has ELS enabled for their cars but I can still use it on any vehicle? Because when i disable ELS on the config it disables ELS for everyone including me, but I want to just make it work for me so that I don't have memory/glitch issues.

I think it's a file in the game you have to replace, perhaps BloodFX?

Hey, so I realized after I get shot with maybe 1-3 shots I become bathed in blood... like my whole characters uniform is ruined because there's so much blood on him. Is there a way to reduce this amount of blood? Or at least make it more realistic? I tried to look for some mods but the only ones I found did not work for this situation. Thanks in advance if you guys know the solution to this.

I want to change the rims on my current car model to standard cap police rims. How can I change it, using what software? Also I would like to change the colour of the light bar from blue to white, how can I do this? Thanks in advance.

Thanks guys for the replies. Found them quite helpful. I'll probably install ELS cars for noose, polpatriot, fbi after seeing this. Also, I was aware of the bug of the ELS car, I was just clarifying it.

When I play GTA IV with a graphic enhancer, lcpdfr, and most modded cars with NON-ELS police cars etc... I never crash, infact it runs perfectly. But, when I want to have realistic cars, I use ELS and I ALWAYS have problems with ELS, my game crashes everytime I have ELS. Is there a way to fix this problem or is it unavoidable? This is why I stick to NON-ELS strictly and also becasue the vehicles actually take damage.
