He have any other scripts that you might not have? Sorry I meant play with RCMP and not experience issues. Other then that try making a fresh vehicle.img with just GTA cars and get a low poly pack and see if that works.

If I am correct, you can patrol with the RCMP Clan and don't experience problems? If that's correct then make sure your friend is using the same cars as you.

Honestly, I don't know what your texture interests are so I can't recommend anything. Just look around and test them one by one until you can have a pack that's nice and you don't experience issues. I forgot to add. If your going to use ELS, I would recommend using ELS v7 because its the most stable release. Another thing, if you play a lot of MP, don't use Traffic Load because it will cause city bug.

My friend had the same issues when we were noobs with GTA IV PC from xbox. He upgraded his computer and disappearing textures went away. As Thedictator36 said one or more of the cars are high poly.

I play online always because if I play single player all I see is taxies and I don't want to put on TrafficLoad because it crashes alot in multiplayer so i'd rather play multiplayer.

I agree 100% with you about the disc version. I have it myself but everyone has their own opinion.

Looks Good! I use Bandicam and 15 minutes is over 1GB for me. I wouldn't recommend FRAPS unless you have a really fast Upload speed because 10 minutes was 2GB for me.

I believe so. Once they are both done downloading and installing, try it again. If it still doesn't work. Try either making sure Grand Theft Auto IV is unblocked in your Windows Firewall. I just factory restored my computer today and reinstalled Grand Theft Auto and updated it. I went to play it and it doesn't open. The only files in the game are the Grand Theft Auto files. I have a picture of my directory. If you need anything else let me know.

If you use Bandicam, make sure one audio is set on Speakers and one on Microphone. Turn down your game Audio to 1/4 the way to half of sound. Go into Control Panel, Audio, Recording, Microphone, Levels and increase your Microphone Boost. Test to see if that worked. Do tests before you record for your series.

I use Bandicam. It has better quality, smaller file size, and works better with my computer than Fraps.

Have you read the read me. Make sure you have all the files in the GTAIV Directory. ELS Folder, ELS.ASI, ELS.INI. Also don't forget to turn the cars from off to on in the ELS.INI. CTRL+M FOR THE ELS V7 Menu
