I tried taking out all my vehicle mods with a fresh Vehicles.img file, and that didn't work. Also, I crash when I try and spawn cars.

Everytime I load my game, I spawn in the singleplayer safehouse, and their is a black object taking up half my screen. I teleport out to a different location, and when I change my time to noon, it looks really dark and shiny as you can see in the picture. I am running Cry ENB v3, but I know that the issue isn't the ENB because it ran fine before until now all of a sudden, and I have reinstalled the game, and restarted my PC several times, and I don't know how to fix it. To download my GTA 4, I use the Gamestop PC App, and when I sign into my account to download GTA 4, my Gamestop App will show my GTA 4 and when I download it, it says to Authorize this Computer using a One-Time Password. Then it says that "An unknown server error has occurred. Please try again later". Then it will never send the password to authorize the computer. Is there a fix to make my GTA download without Authorizing the computer?
