    first answers is right ı am updated mods folder and rph and script hook v but ı cant understand ı am right click rph and run with admin and rph wrote loaded "back weapon" loaded "lspd first response" every plugin loaded and boom game crashed, rph didnt show any crash report or anytihng for that ı am tried open without mods folder and plugins folder and ı am tried evandatpotato said but not working
