hi there, I just finished looking at your log, I see that you have albo's plugins, I would advise you to remove his plugins becuase they are out of date and can cause you game to crash it might be part of the problem, so you should delete his plugins! let me know if you have any questions! Also you log says that police smart radio is causing problems.

you should be able to scroll down with your arrow keys, how ever with the mouse I think that got changed. have you tried using the number pad up and down key's?
