Sometimes the problem is the actual folder and sometimes the problem is solved by re-creating it from scratch. If the problem persists you should investigate what you have installed

There is no information in the log regarding the crash. I think the mods folder is creating problems. Try disabling the folder, renaming it for example _mods. Let me know if the game starts working properly again
