Installation is correct. I have seen that your game crash when you have spawned a new weapon. That command is a known issue. Have you used the LSPDFR manual instaallation?

Try disabling the mods folder by renaming it in _mods

Invalid call to console command "Spawn": Cannot load invalid model with hash 0xb822a1aa. The game crashed because you installed an invalid model. You should understand what the hash is pointed out in the mistake. You should find it inside the vehicles.meta file

Try to disable mods folder renaming it to _mods

Try to remove everything inside the commandline (.txt) then save and close

LSPDFR is for singleplayer only. However it is possible to use FIVEm which is absolutely not related to lspdfr but it is possible to play with users as a "simulation"

Before removing it completely try to recreate the "folder" that maybe works because maybe there is something damaged inside it

The plugins have been fixed. The mods folder is likely to cause the crash. Try disabling it change the name from mods to _mods

Try recreating the mods folder from scratch, to see if that allows you to play with the mods you have installed in it. If it doesn't work, you should analyze the mods you have installed inside that folder one at a time to try to understand the harmful one

As I said above, ambinal events are not the actual cause of the problem. However, you can disable them in the LSPDFR.ini file, which is located inside the LSPDFR folder

POLICE model is invalid. Remove it

Something is denying access to game files: try adding GTA 5 as an exception to your antivirus and if the problem persists, disable Windows Defender too
