The main problem is that you've loaded many plugins into the Plugins folder, not LSPDFR, so go to Grand Theft Auto V/plugins and create (if you don't already have one) the LSPDFR folder inside it, and add the files for some plugins there. Therefore, reinstall all the plugins in the correct location 🙂

Update Grand Theft Auto V and LSPDFR using the manual installer: I see they're not up to date. Let me know if it's fixed, and if not, please re-send a new log.

There is a problem of interacting with the lspdfr files and something else external, try restarting your computer and if it doesn't work add GTA 5 as an exception to your antivirus (in case you have one), otherwise try to temporarily disable Windows Defender
