YobbinCallouts has crashed. If it continues to give problems remove it

Have you tried starting LSPDFR manually (via the commandline f4)?

LSPDFR is usable only in singleplayer mode

Try restarting your computer and if the problem persists add your antivirus exception as GTA 5

Some plugins are outdated I recommend you to remove: EpicEvents ⇒ This plugin is still under development, so I advise you to remove it for the moment as it is not yet stable (unless you want to be a tester) and update: CalloutPack to the version 2.1.0.0 City Callouts to the version 1.4.0.0

There are some plugins that are now obsolete: remove: PoliceSmartRadio. RegularCallouts has also crashed, if it continues to give problems then remove it
