There are some outdated plugins that can cause problems: remove: Arrest Manager AssortedCallouts ComputerPlus LSPDFR+ PoliceSmartRadio and update: TrafficSpeedChecker to the version 1.1.0.0 VariousCallouts to the version 1.0.2.0

Try restarting your pc and, if that doesn't work, add GTA 5 as an exception to your antivirus

I think this is a random crash of lspdfr. You can try reinstalling LSPDFR with manual installation

Try deleting everything inside the commandline (.txt). If the problem persists rename the mods folder to _mods. I also recommend that you change the Threesold Timeout option from 10000 to 60000
