    This is just a simple weather mod which gives you a more realistic heavier snowfall in x-mas mode Use OPEN IV in EDIT mode and navigate to this path mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5 And replace ( or just drag and drop the 'weather' xml in) I would make a back up of your original first. Find your vehicles.meta (mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5) right click on it and the click 'edit' in the drop down box. Use the 'search tab and look for 'police4' scroll down till you see the line below. The last part may look different.
