Do you have simple native trainer? What I would recommend is messing with your weather, between sunny, extra sunny and extra sunny 2 and different times of day and then freezing the time and weather to the optimum setting. I have just started doing this recently and it made a big difference in my game. Just a thought and you don't have to mess with any time cycles or ENB's!

I would say finish and release those amazing Tahoe's and Explorer's before doing a challenger! -
Some things were scratch made but most the models were bought in a 3d form and then converted into the game. In fact you can buy one of them from here and convert it for GTA http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/3d-model-ladder-truck/700409

They are flush, the chrome makes them appear to be sticking out but they are flush, the drawings show it as well. -
looks sick! I love the Tahoe as a PPV. Just so you know when the 2015 new body style Tahoe comes out there will be a 4X4 pursuit rated version. You can only get 2WD Pursuit rated with the current model. -
Not a huge fan of the working deck gun, is way out of scale and kinda sticks out like a sore thumb, would like to see a version without it. Also wig wag headlights like on your other pack would be nice.

Tahoe is realistic, there is a "E85 ethanol" badge in front of TAHOE. Looks ridiculously good. Bugs you simply make some of the all time greatest mods for GTA4, no offense to anyone else :) -
The only time a car becomes a christmas tree is when they put lights in the fog lights, 8 lights on a grill bar, led's in the headlights, lights all over the push bumper, an upper interior lightbar and a lower dash light. Just because a car has a full length upper visor lightbar doesn't make it a christmas tree!
