Another note is that those high ticket prices most of the time come from Court Costs. Sometimes the ticket is 125 but is 600 with court costs. I agree with the personal custom number, because GTA money is so much. Most of the time though, a ticket cannot be paid online and you have to go to court, especially for things like Super Speeder and other heavier traffic violations. Great idea.

I have a steering wheel but seems like it would be more suited for GTA V with its FP driving and such. Just use my Logitech DFP GT for my racing games. Seems pointless on the PC for GTA IV and others like Saints Row. I am just more comfortable with the keyboard and can access more keys more quickly. I have a PS3 controller but use it for PCSX2.

I get what your saying. Yes you can go to Time and then Real Time Sync. However it will not be dark at 4 or 5 pm if that is what you are looking for. It will only start getting to headlight use darkness at 9pm.
