North Carolina Highway Patrol Trooper & E.U.P 8.2 5.0.4 the texture is bleeding through to the default uniform and the hat doesn't show up and only slot 1 and 2 works and the rest is default

when I go to turn in evidence at the police station it crashes the game any ideas ,,,I up dated to the new mod and work good now
