I know this won't be looked at for a while, but am I the only one that, when utilizing Open IV, cannot seem to ascertain how to install this?  There is no RPF file, nor anything indicative of a file by which it can be installed.

If your having issues with the file it's self I can help you, but if your having issues with anything else regarding Open IV it's best to visit a lspdfr support forum.

You should get someone to edit the physical badge on the chest so that it matches the badge used in the texture. 
The nameplate you've glossed over with the texture color match could also be physically removed in that instance.

He's not going to edit and shape a badge for all 39 state's I wouldn't ask him to do it anyway's.

It'd take me awhile but I could pull that off. 

Can this be set to peds too? 

I know you have your Colorado State Patrol PED. But, are you going to make a Colorado State Patrol EUP version with more options like a Motorcycle helmet, black overcoat, vest, etc?

by the way iam already using a old version of nc  state pack  will these one here just over write the old one right ?

All trooper uniforms work perfectly. Only issue I am having is the females are never in this uniform. What do i need to change?

GREAT file BTW. Only skins I use.

I love these uniforms. I do have a problem with clipping on the shirt. Are there any known issues with this?

Anyone else have a problem with random buttons on the shoulder, a black line on the back, and a badge on the pocket?

 North Carolina Highway Patrol Trooper & E.U.P 8.2 5.0.4  the texture is bleeding through to the default uniform and the hat doesn't show up and only slot 1 and 2 works and the rest is default

Could not get this pack to work followed path in Read Me and dropped in, could not find in EUP menu.

can somebody help me download this
