    Once again I am new to modding, do I necessarily need the x64 dlc thing (download) or its an option. Do every new pack for lspdfr require the vanilla dlc if so where can I download it? Or do I have to download patchday8? Which ever one will somebody help me so I can play the game.

    As i’m watching videos about modding I notice every entertainer have that little logo with the boos and little lock but mine don’t. I was trying to download Visual V but i’m having little complications somebody help me please. mine is the notepad the picture on the bottom
