Any information as to where this installs to, and what it overwrites, or is it still an unresolved mystery?

The aforementioned issues with stolen police vehicle callouts and the lack of a config file are still persisting problems.

The quality is not bad at all. With that said, getting this particular vehicle to function resulted in about five other vehicles completely breaking. It's not worth adding this into your game. It'll take me hours to undo what this has done.

-This unfortunately has incomplete installation instructions, and inexperienced users will need to rely on the correct path to the vehicle meta file being provided to them in the comment section. -The installation instructions are quite clear about using the included gameconfig file to avoid crashes. However, I've only experienced my GTA immediately crashing to the desktop when utilizing the provided gameconfig file, and no issues at all with crashes when leaving my original file alone and unaltered. -The primary model I am utilizing is the FIB Model replacement to create a CHP vehicle. Unfortunately, the car suffers from tinting issues, an associated wheel size that appears too small for the vehicle, and a locked suspension that seems to exacerbate the visual problem. A valiant effort in quality, but it seriously requires some desperately needed fine tuning.

This was absolutely perfect and precisely what I was looking for. Non-intensive. Not tricky to install. Simple installation instructions. Basic replacement using existing things. Doesn't require ELS. Looks solid. . 10/10 Thank you. Was also extremely easy using Menyoo Trainer to swap the sounds over to the Hakuchou.
