What @chadc78 meant above was that open the app "Open IV" and when you load it up, on the top it should give you an option to update the mods folder. Do that. OPEN IV is an app that allows you to add cars and stuff so you should download it if you don't have it.

In your log file, it said something about callout manager. I had the same problem when I got lspdfr 0.4.3 where all my plugins would load up but I'm not on duty, cant pull over anyone. I fixed it by removing callout manager. Try removing every plugin and then adding them back one by one to see what is causing the problem.

What version of LSPDFR do you have installed?

I think you're talking about the RPH crash log. You need to post your RagePluginHook Log, which you can find in your main GTA V directory. It will be labeled RAGEPLUGINHOOK and should be a text document.

Did you guys "update" through OPEN IV? If you open OPEN IV, it should tell you to update on top. Don't remember exactly what is said but something along the lines.

Try removing Callout Manager from your plugins and then try going on duty. Let me know if this works!

Try callout manager I don't think this works for LSPDFR 0.4.3 as it was the cause of an error I had while trying to go on duty but a lot of people still play LSPDFR 0.4.2 so if you play on LSPDFR 0.4.2 also, this should work like a charm!

Your system doesn't have any obvious bottlenecks so your processor isn't bogging your performance down. You don't need a new motherboard. Your AMD processor is 'sh*t' but not every AMD processor. My Ryzen 5 1600 works like a charm and I got it for less than $100. Unless you're planning on switching to Intel processors (which are also pretty good yet expensive), you won't need a new motherboard. You can just find AMD processor and see if their sockets matches your motherboard socket. If you do get a better CPU and GPU, I would recommend you to add ram and make it a total of 16 gb DDR4! This should be more than enough to run GTA or any other latest games you'd like to play. If going with Intel, I would recommend an i5, make sure its the latest gen probably 8400 or 9400F. If you don't know what ram will fit your pc, try this link: https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/systemscanner This will scan your computer and then show you compatible upgrades you could get for your computer. It will tell you what type of memory/ram will be compatible with your motherboard and then you can click "where to buy" or just search up on wherever you feel like buying it. 🙂

Your graphic card and ram are the recommend specs required for GTA V but your processor is kinda sh*t. These are my specs: Amd Ryzen 5 1600 GTX 1060 Dual 3gb 16gb DDR4 Just like you, I play on a TV also with a refresh rate of 60Hz, same as you. With Vsync off, I get almost 80+ fps in offline mode with every graphic settings maxed out. When I load LSPDFR, it drops to around 50-60, and then 35-40 when I go on duty. But since my FPS drops because of all the plugins I have, my game doesn't run smoothly so to make it run smoother, especially in the city, I did the things I recommend above to you. My game gets no lag and runs smoothly with these specs. So unless you're planning to get a better TV with a higher refresh rate, there is no point in getting some high end graphic card since your TV will cap it at 60 fps unless you turn Vsync off. I would recommend you to try the things above first. They don't really increase your FPS by a lot but will make your game run very smoothly, with no lag.

It looks like that you have the wrong LSPDFR version installed. You said that you have LSPDFR 0.4.2 but the latest one is LSPDFR 0.4.3. LSPDFR 0.4.2 doesn't work with the latest GTA V update, the Casino Update. So download LSPDFR 0.4.3 and then try. Let me know if this works!

I understand why you might be confused. So there are two things: scripts and plugins. Plugins include mods such as "Arrest Manager," "PoliceSmartRadio," StopThePed" etc while scripts includes mods such as "CopHolster," "EUPmenu," etc. The plugins go into your GTA V/plugins/LSPDFR while scripts go into GTA V/plugins. The plugins inside GTA V/plugins/LSPDFR will show up and start working when you load up LSPD first response and then go on duty. For scripts to load up, you'll need to either check the boxes for them in the settings of RPH or when you're in GTA, you open the Rage Console and type in the plugin you want such as LSPD or EUP menu.

So I installed LSPDFR 0.4.2, revert my game version to previous one using RPH but when I started playing, it started checking for updates. However, I blocked the updates using Windows firewall but now "Gta 5 exits unexpectedly." Is there something I'm missing, something I didn't do? All I did was install LSPDFR 0.4.2 and revert to the previous game version. Any help!

Almost every single one of plugin created by Albo cause fps drop but they are also the best if you want to actually enjoy the game. There are some ways you can increase fps my a little and run the game more smoothly, especially when in city. 1) Try this GTA 5 Priority Laucher: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/gta-v-high-priority-launcher It will boost fps by a little. 2) In order to get a smooth game-play; no lag while in the city, try lowering "Population Variety," "Population Density," and "Distance Scaling." This didn't really increase fps but after doing this, my game had no lag while playing LSPDFR especially in the city. 3) Try these LSPDFR settings: Hope this helps!

I fixed the issue by testing each plugin one by one. Found out that callout manager was causing the unhandled exception error. Everything else is working fine!

Thanks for the reply but this method still gave the same error. Alright so when I removed all my plugins and did "force duty," I didn't get that error. So what plugins currently work with 0.4.3? Or is there a way I could install LSPDFR 0.4.2 back and play with all my plugins because that is what most youtubers are doing.

Ever since the new update and LSPDFR 0.4.3, I have been getting this "Unhandled exception..." when I "force duty" from the console. I would go on duty from police locker but it crashes LSPDFR everytime in police locker and I get stuck there so I use console command to go on duty. It used to work before all these updates but now its kind of weird. So after I force duty, I get that error message and it starts to say on left side like the plugins/callouts have loaded and I am on duty. So I can pull over people and all but none of my other plugins are working. Its like I am on duty but I am actually not on duty... weird. I just looked at your reply. I actually finally fixed the issue like an hour ago by reinstalling a fresh copy of GTA. I don't know what I did wrong as all I did was update GTA and then it started crashing but yea, fresh version of GTA is working fine. Thanks for your reply though!
