Also there is only One small bug, the Blue Light on the end of the Lightbar have a little piece of the Alley Lights clipping with them. It was too late to realize I made that mistake.

"The Blaine County Sheriffs Office needed a new H.E.A.T. Vehicle for their Fleet. But this year they were low on funding, so they a Caprice and a Lightbar from Mars. Shoved some newer equipment into it and Tuned (x4 Power) it to be fast."
