Well for starters: 

Add the window template or just don't delete the entire texture and make it completely invisible.

 

Go to paint.net -> Make a square 128x128 -> Fill it black -> Set the opacity to 125 -> Rename it to the proper name and import.

Did you download the vehicle? Because the windows are very slighted tinted.
