problem is baycity took those forum's down htey no longer support / run a gta4 server so again they are tech hidden just because you happened to come across a lost forum aka hidden/ taken down you should still ask for he could have forgotten his password/ user id or been blocked from the website -
meh they coulda done so much more with this I mean your basing it off southern LA how about a landscape or pic of a beach or something

People Need to take the time and read the thread from page 1 most of these questions are answered already doesn't hurt to read geezes to many repeat questions if you have a question about els7 chances are its been answered earlier research and actually read this thread AS far as a release date its Done When its Done same with every mod and scrpit released bottom line

we are not saying that Corelone work is bad or ugly his work / model's/ skins are damn good / terrific European design of fire trucks on the other hand are just plain ugly to start with people are a loud to have their opinion sorry but our Fire trucks here in America are a lot better looking in design looks etc by nature sorry just the way it is

easy way is select new layer white turn it to black with pain bucket 3 new layers transparent 1 layer for each side for driver side passenger side roof don't make all 1 layer on each of the 3 different layers make a box over the side / area of the car you want white outline it with eraser and erase all the extra white

its a new video card you need the one you have isn't strong enough same thing happened to me disappearing buildings and roads as I drove

nice looking forward to it like ASTTrprDillon95 said who woulda thought back when I joined in late summer of 2011 it would come this far / grow this fast I still remember the days odark bacck grounds and the small download sections with only a small handful of modders on this site, now this website has exploded into one of if not the biggesst gta mod site

take a look through downloads section of this website and others you'll find what your looking for instead of having others look it all up for you unless you really can't find something

Harlem Shake song / video's are the most over used over played song currently out there its been beat to death and then some as well as all the video's that been made and still being made becoming highly annoying that is all ( had to get that out there)
