  1. Probably not, as a lot of the planned features have been said to not be possible with ScriptHook. By just taking a look at the mods made/being made with it - as well as being aware of the constant praise of its capabilities by other modders - RageHook is a much, much more powerful tool than ScriptHook. I, personally, like RageHook way more than Scripthook.
  2. It should also work if you just plop the ANPR.cs file into the "scripts" folder in your GTA V main installation (".../Grand Theft Auto V/scripts" - create it if you don't have one). You'll need to have the ScriptHook .NET (in addition to the regular ScriptHook) for it to work properly. You can download it at https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/scripthookv-net If you want to compile it into a .dll, you can follow the instructions here (but this isn't really necessary, especially if you don't know what you're doing): http://stackoverflow.com/questions/553143/compiling-executing-a-c-sharp-source-file-in-command-prompt
  3. Cool stuff, FinK! Still anxiously awaiting any more news and the release of your Police Radio mod! (Already subscribed to your YT channel, as well) Keep it coming!
  4. Gaming is a privilege. If you don't have the money for the game, you shouldn't buy it. You don't expect Rockstar to support a version of their product that other people are giving away for free, so why should you expect people who make content for that game (mods) to support it as well? It may not be a hate crime to pirate games, but it certainly isn't victim-less. People who make games need money not only for their paychecks, but also to maintain the infrastructure that allows them to create, develop, distribute and support those games. As for Sam and everyone else at G17: they do not condone piracy for fundamental reasons, so don't expect anything. As for those that argue that "there are people without the money to buy games", I have some tough words for you: too bad. If I didn't have the money to buy games, I certainly wouldn't argue that piracy was a legitimate way to deal with it. I won't judge anyone for pirating games, since that's none of my business, but don't expect people who actually paid for the privilege of using this game and mod are willing to subsidize others' gaming habits with our time.
  5. Since it is a .cs file, you have to compile it yourself (see description in main)
There is at least one other mod that does this, but I'm glad to see some more variety. Works just as advertsed, but it really is bare-bones. You probably already have plans, but having some sort of "flagging" system for stolen vehicles/warrants/etc. would really add some flavor. The plate numbers are a really nice touch - especially since they are the actual plate numbers on the vehicle - and I really think you can do some neat stuff with that. I'll be checking up regularly for updates to see what you add! Nice work! *EDIT* - You should also add a README file to explain how to install this and pack it all into a zip file, since some people might not be familiar with .cs files or GTA V modding in general.
  6. What timer? I don't see any timer OR countdown in that screenshot, or on the site. I really want some of whatever you guys are smoking.
  7. Countdown, timer, I don't see any of these things. You guys are losing it. Srs.
  8. Millions? Each of my characters has $2.1 Billion in the bank - which is the maximum integer value able to be stored in memory - and several hundred million more in stocks. Those assassination missions were so damn profitable.
  9. Ah, yes. "Is Release". It is the process by which someone casts off their antithesis and becomes one with their enlightenment. Remember: The countdown exists only if you don't think it exists, and it doesn't exist only when you think it won't exist before you thought of it existing in the first place. Let go of your antithesis, and the TRUTH will be revealed to you. Kifflom, brother brother.
  10. That is, if you're even going to sleep - and don't worry: I won't ask about a countdown because there isn't one.
  11. What are you talking about? There is no countdown.
  12. Yeah, I don't know what they're talking about either. I don't see any countdown.
  13. If there was a timer - which there isn't - it would be counting down to the anniversary of the establishment of the Communist Party of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic on June 19, 1990.
  14. Enjoy your holiday! I, on the other hand, will be downloading LSPDFR as soon as that countdown hits 0.
  15. Uh... there's no countdown, buddy. Maybe you have some kind of plugin installed?
  16. Now there is a timer, not a countdown? I'm so confused. What are you guys talking about?
  17. What is your browser counting down to? I don't have anything like that.
  18. What countdown?
  19. Awesome job, Interference. I was hoping someone would take the time to do this, and I must say I really appreciate you doing it.
  20. Awesome video. Thanks for posting this, unr3al.
  21. Thanks for this, unr3al. This 1 minute video has increased my anticipation for the .95 update tenfold. Hopefully you don't mind showing a few more peeks into your .95 beta experience.
