I run the retail version of GTA IV and it runs perfectly, my mate runs the steam version and it runs the same. You should be fine.

Was it working before, if so have you added any mods that may be conflicting? The only thing I can think to suggest is to take a backup of your current LCPDFR Files and reinstall the LCPDFR Files.

Can you run single player fine without any issues like this?

It must be. My Serial was legit. Like on my GFWL There is nothing connected And On My Rockstar gta is not connected.

Looked over same issue. Could it be todo with the fact it shows i do not have gta connected to rockstar or GFWL? If so how do i add?

Did that now instead of it going though loading the charaters it just crashs.
