I was wondering if there was anyone out there looking for model suggestions...I live in Utah and really want a  police pack from Utah, not very many people care about Utah but im sure others would like a pack to. I do not know how to make cars  and or skins, I do not even know how to put skins on. So I wanted to make this post to see if anyone could take on the challenge. Making police cars 1-4 in the game based on the Unified Police Department. picture shown below.
