Remove; Cop Holster; Persistent Weapon Flashlight; Trunk Control. Retry. If it works, you can try reinstalling them.

Update your mods folder. Copy the update.rpf and update2.rpf from the update folder to mods/update.

That is correct. Disabling the folder(s) is a troubleshooting method we use to see if the folders we disable are the cause of your crash. If it crashes, it means your mods/lml folder is the cause of your crash and you need to fix them. You can fix them by removing the last mods added or starting over.

Rename mods to _mods. If you have LML, rename vfs.dll to _vfs.dll

Latest always works. Make sure it is added to you dlclist.xml.

Does it now create a log? If so send it. If not, does your game show any errors before or after launching?

No. Never deactivate your AV. Do not downgrade your Graphics drivers ScriptHookVDotNet and OpenIV.asi do work together.

ASIManager manages the plugins such as OpenIV.asi and ASILoader. OpenIV.asi gives support to your mods folder. I am guessing you disabled that; If you disable OpenIV.asi it won't give support to your mods folder meaning it won't work. The problem was most likely your mods folder.

In the RPH settings, look for "Force Windowed Mode" and "Force DirectX 11/10" Check them
