Remove in Plugins/LSPDFR; ALPR Traffic Cameras; Custom Pullover; Heli Assistace; Officerporciplugin. Those are just outdated plugins. Relaunch your game, if it crashes send a new log. I am thinking it is Grammar Police causing the crash as it was the last thing running.

Last thing running was RichAmbience. You can try removing that and also RichPoliceEnhacements which are outdated.

Update GTAV + RPH. To update GTA5 delete GTA5.exe and verify your files. To update RPH, reinstall it via LSPD:FR Manual. After, launch GTA, then RPH.

If your Plugins folder is named _Plugins and still crashes. No. Something with your folder. Remove the Bass files, Remove DismembermetASI.asi, rename ELS to _ELS. If that still doesn't work, remove ScriptHookV.dll.
